Theory of Constraint for Education or “TOCƒE” is a not for profit organization founded in 1995 by Dr. Eliyahu M. Goldratt (1947 to 2011) to disseminate the thinking and communication tools and common sense methodologies of the theory of constraints, for the purpose of enabling a better world. TOCƒE was started in the US by Kathy Sureken (president) with the mission of effectively teaching children and adults these tools in order to unleash their potential in all areas of their lives.

TOCƒE uses a set of logic-based, practical generic tools to overcome the obstacles that prevent us from achieving our goals.

TOCƒE provides a proven set of thinking skills that work without regard to age, cultural differences political systems. The TOC tools are simple enough to be used by kindergartners and profound enough to be used by CEOs.
